Roles & Responsibilities - Operations & Process Analysis, Reporting Analysis, Triage & prioritization of IS service requests, Establishment & maintenance of CMS contacts & lines of communication, identification of scripting opportunities, Identification & prioritization of LOE efforts, Management of IS work efforts for testing & deployment training.
Facilitate communication between bus. units and IT to interpret and clarify business and systems requirements. Interview management and customer department personnel to document workflow procedures. Prepare and review data for analysis by the business unit and the client. Ensure that department policies, procedures, and standard methodologies are used in all reviews. Arrange major activities between the client and the business unit to ensure maximum gain from technical resources.
