Key Responsibilities:

Initiate contact and establish solid relationships with new customers in order to create the foundation for a seamless transition from point of sale to successful product implementation and support. Partner with individual clients to identify key business objectives and define how BullhornSTAFFING can help achieve them. Discuss, define and coordinate reasonable implementation schedules for individual clients. Set expectations in terms of time required to accomplish technology objectives according to number of users, technical complexity of conversion, and requested customization projects.  Lead clients & internal resources (task force) through phases of implementation, overcoming barriers to ensure successful, timely delivery. Ensure timely completion of project milestones. Perform business process analysis and making recommendations to clients as necessary. Work closely with client as data is being gathered to ensure comprehensive and accurate capture of business requirements and transfer of information into functional and technical specifications. Perform custom configuration of client systems according to their individual specifications, creating new user names and passwords, and making system modifications as needed. Function as reliable point of contact for all customer inquiries, issues, and requests throughout the implementation process. Escalate issues and questions to Engineering, Development or Management Teams, as needed. Directly provide necessary phone or on-site training and/or coordinate training via Training Department for clients once they are live; help to create the highest level of comfort and confidence in the BullhornSTAFFING system and ensure proper usage to maximize user efficiency.
 

Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required. Must have 2+ years Project Management and/or Implementation Consulting experience. Must understand and be able to effectively apply standard project management methodology and best practices. Prior experience in the recruiting industry is desired, as is experience supporting/implementing a CRM product. Must have prior experience in a client-facing role. Experience creating and conducting software training curriculum is desired. Must have high comfort level with technology and software. Must have exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals at all organizational levels. Must have demonstrated competence, confidence and professionalism to successfully inspire customer trust. Must have excellent listening skills. Must know how to ask customers appropriate questions and truly listen to them in order to ensure that BullhornSTAFFING is fulfilling their expectations and meeting their unique needs. Must have the ability to multi-task, concurrently managing multiple implementations of various size and complexity and effectively managing individual client needs during different implementation phases. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Must have the ability to work effectively independently and also as part of a cohesive team. Must have passion for being part of a hard working, winning team.
