Implementation Engineer III Specific projects in the areas mentioned above include, but are not limited to:Participate in Virtual Assembly Build programs using TeamCenter and Tecnomatix. Provide a point of contact to the Ford ME/VME community for all UGS Tecnomatix implementation activities. Support the rollout activities of the Powertrain methodology to the Manufacturing Engineering community. Capture expected use cases and workflows to support the development of process improvements and ensure correct utilization of new and existing tools. Define and document methods and work instruction documents to support the use of the UGS Tecnomatix toolset for Process Planning and Verification in Ford NA ME/VME community. Provide on site support for ME/VME users to help the ramp up of new users and the competence of existing users. Such on site support may include Tips and Techniques documentation and communication, one-on-one OJT to answer user questions, feedback loop closure on issues reported by users, and other on site activities as will be defined with the customer. Identify and document new opportunities for Tools and Process improvement at Ford Powertrain community, and follow up on such opportunities as applicable.Prerequisites and Essential Functions: Automotive Background: Automotive industry experience and Process with specific focus on Powertrain process planning activities in large Automotive OEM companies. Engineering background, familiar with Ford workflows and manufacturing processes, proven experience working with Ford NA. PLM Concepts:  Understanding of PLM and Virtual Assembly concepts. Experience using Teamcenter and Tecnomatix.
