We are currently recruiting for an Implementation Specialist with Homecare, Hospice, or Private Duty experience to join our Homecare Systems team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for successfully educating and training clients on the use and operation of our industry leading software product, Misys Homecare. Healthcare organizations use our product to support both their financial and clinical operations. Misys Healthcare software trainers come from a variety of backgrounds including those financial and clinical operations. Misys employees demonstrate the innovation and passion to deliver industry leading service to our clients. Responsibilities include:• Assessing client training requirements and in conjunction with other project team members preparing training objectives and agendas.• Conducting on-site small and large group training sessions.• Ensuring client end users are properly trained in areas of the application related to their job function.• Serving as the client's on-site application expert; ensuring that system set up is congruent with client defined project goals.• Assisting in the development of client implementation project plan.• Assisting in the review of client processes and development of revised workflow plans.• Assisting client/Misys implementation team with issue escalation and resolution.• Extensive, overnight travel, up to 100%Qualifications:Education/Experience Required:• Software training experience required. Preferably with billing and/or accounting software.• Experience with End User education required• Home Health, Hospice, or Private Duty billing/accounting experience a plus• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Adaptable to multiple and changing prioritiesin a fast pace environment.The candidate for this remote based position can be located in Texas or the surrounding states. However, the candidate must be located within a 60 minute commute of a major hub airport. Up to 100% Travel Required.
