POSITION SUMMARY

Empagio seeks to recruit an Implementation Specialist (IS) to join its growing and dynamic Time & Attendance division, Unitime Systems.  Reporting to the Manager of Professional Services, the Implementation Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of our software solutions into client environments.  As a valuable member of a core customer facing group, the IS professional will utilize a well defined implementation process to successfully manage client and internal resources to meet targeted completion milestones.  The IS professional is expected to succeed in complex technical environments, have prior enterprise software implementation experience, and be knowledgeable about Human Resources payroll practices.

MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES

End-to-end implementation of software and hardware solutions for multiple clients simultaneously Work directly with clients to validate requirements, provide custom configurations in unique environments and lead training on the use of the system Develop rich understanding of client business requirements and facilitate required transition to ongoing client support team Cultivate internal relationships across departments in order to resolve client issues efficiently As a team member, assist other IS professionals as required, contribute to product improvement via documentation and inspire by example a commitment to client delight Up to 50% travel required

EXPERIENCE

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Accounting or technical field 5+ years implementing HR, Time & Attendance, Human Capital Management or Payroll solutions; prior SAP or Oracle consulting experience a plus Track record of success with entrepreneurial, fast paced organizations Demonstrated ability to manage projects under tight timelines and exacting budgets Mastery of SQL strongly preferred; relational database knowledge a must Well versed in common accounting software packages and skilled in basic report writing Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot network permission and communication issues Recognized relevant or industry certifications a plus (Fundamental Payroll Certification, Certified Payroll Professional, Society for Human Resource Management, Project Management Professional) Software programming/development experience a plus (C# and .NET experience preferred) Proficient using project tracking tools such as QuickBase; skilled in Word, Excel, and MS Outlook (or similar email package).

Opportunity offers a compensation package that is competitive, commensurate with experience and comprises a base salary and quarterly performance based incentive.  Additional benefits include vacation, traditional holidays, medical and dental insurance.
