This position is responsible for leading and managing 6 Team Managers and a non-exempt staff of sales associates. The successful candidate will drive results by creating a winning sales environment through the effective use of Team Leaders and by directly motivating the Sales Reps. The manager will be focused on growing the CPU (Mac) business through increased sales effectiveness and maximizing every sales opportunity. The position requires strategic and tactical execution of new and existing sales programs to achieve sustained performance. In addition to sales revenue generation, this role requires people development, focus on customer satisfaction metrics, business reviews and all aspects of staffing. The Manager is compensated at a base wage plus commission based on the call center sales performance. The position requires on-call availability 24x7.BA or BS degree. At least 5 years experience of supervisory/management experience in a high volume sales call center with P&L exposure. Experience in leading/ coaching/motivating/developing teams is essential. Candidates should be familiar with ACD reports, Variable Commission plans, Employment Law and other key subject areas associated with managing a large-scale call center.
