An excellent opportunity exists for an Inside Sales Specialist with the passion and experience to add value to our growing team in the Herndon, VA. As a member of our successful sales team, you will be responsible for selling job postings to various employers on behalf of our valued clients.

The right fit exists for candidates possessing: 1+ years of experience of inside sales Ability to thrive in highly transactional sales environment Strong cold calling skills Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales goals Excellent communication, problem solving, time-management and phone skills A strong entrepreneurial work ethic and motivation Ability to effectively build relationships with business professionals Proficiency in MS® Office - Outlook, Word, Excel Ability to develop strong rapport with potential clients over the phone High school degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
