Inside Sales Account Manager Group Leader

 

Job Description:

 

Veramark Technologies, Inc is looking for a sales professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue objectives. As an Inside Sales Account Manager you will support Veramark’s field Regional Sales Managers. You will be responsible for contacting, qualifying, and growing new business. In addition, you will maintain long-term relationships with our resellers and end-user customers. The successful incumbent will provide mentorship and coaching to a team responsible for cold calling and prospecting organizations to help drive the business development objectives of Veramark.  

 

Responsibilities Include:Jointly with a Regional Sales Manager manage the territory, goals and team objectives Meet or exceed activity thresholds pertinent to success in territory Build and manage individual sales pipeline Inbound and outbound account management Develop dealer/channel relationships Use consultative skills and technical knowledge to develop and maximize opportunitiesUp sell and cross sell new products, add-ons, professional services, and maintenanceSupport the reseller channel during the sales cycle (assisting with RFP, etc)Provide effective product demos for resellers and directly to end-user customers Generate sales campaign ideas and be a part of the execution of campaignsUpdate reseller and end-user contact information directly in CRM databaseManage:Inbound prospect calls and eMail inquiriesInbound reseller and eMail inquiriesInbound and outbound new account salesOutbound trade show lead follow upOutbound campaigns and “check up” callsOutbound prospecting and lead developmentCoach insides sales team - help lead individual contributors to overachieve their assigned goals and objectivesManage inside sales escalation issues

 

 

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:Bachelor’s degree 2-4 years prior sales experience (telesales, retail, customer service) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding presentation and organizational skills Proficiency using mainstream PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutionsRock-solid time management skillsAbility to overcome and handle objections
