INSIDE SALES ADMINISTRATOR

in our  Portland office!

 

Work closely with sales and accounting teams to purchase and process orders.  Contact vendors directly to track orders and update customers on order status. Collect invoices on a daily basis from various distributor contacts and websites

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

·  Detail oriented

·  Self starter, can work with little direction and supervision

·  Functions well in a multi-tasking environment

·  Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills

·  Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills

·  General accounting knowledge 

·  Great Plains experience a plus

·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
