Inside Sales - Lead Generation (5 month contract)

Overview:

Working out of our Littleton, MA location this is a great opportunity for a high-energy, talented, energetic Inside Sales Representative/Lead Generator to assist our growing sales organization and to support our field and channel sales activities.  The successful individual must be a highly motivated professional team player that is willing to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment to help us grow exponentially.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

-  Consistently qualify a high volume of inbound leads

-  Develop a significant pipeline of opportunities for the sales teams to work

-  Accurately report all lead follow-up in SalesForce.com

-  Work closely with the respective Regional Channel Sales Managers, Account Management, and Channel Development Managers within the assigned territories to ensure outstanding results

 

Requirements:

-  Strong oral and written communication skills

-  Selling experience via telephone, selling a complex product to various business tiers within a prospect’s organization, including but not limited to top management, middle management, and technical personnel.

-  Experience with large ticket account penetration, ferreting to identify key contacts, relationship building, decision maker direct access, “pain” detection, and value proposition selling.

-  Ability to handle multiple tasks and switch priorities effectively

-  BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in addition to 5+ years experience in  infrastructure hardware and software

-  Must be able to work with multiple customers, business partners and prospects simultaneously

-  Experience with high volume inbound lead qualification

-  Must be goal oriented with a track record of having exceeded sales targets

-  Experience with Sales Force Automation and Customer Relationship Management systems a plus
