Position: Inside Sales Manager

Location:  Chicago

Salary Range:  $75,000 to $80,000 + Commission + Bonus

 

Company Description:  Our Client is a leading supplier of software and consulting services to the Logistics arena.

 

Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in business or a related field from a four-year college or university; or 3 to 5 years experience in lead generation/inside sales management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Proven track record of achieving sales success within an inside sales organization.  Ability to successfully manage inside sales team in achieving performance goals. Prior experience in CRM tools. Ability to develop and deliver "value based" solutions through script development.  Prior experience in database management. Proven ability to recruit and train new inside sales team members.  Experience in technology and or service products a plus. Goal oriented, undeterred and motivated individual who relishes the challenge of business development.

 Duties: Meet monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales quota goals.  Recruit and train new inside sales team members to support our Client's sales goals and future growth objectives.  Strategically use existing databases and web-based research, coupled with effective phone strategies to seek out and or create qualified opportunities.  Train and lead inside sales team in the execution of navigating through complex organizations to find and effectively engage executive level targets.  Set and manage performance goals for the inside sales team.  Develop the inside sales organization template to effectively support our Client's continued growth objectives.  Develop marketing campaigns that effectively support our Client's lead generation goals.  Effectively manage qualified opportunities provided to the outside sales team. Maintain all account and contact information in our Client's CRM tool.
