Description


The Inside Support Representative (ISR) will be a part of a dynamic team that participates in and supports sales activities. The goal is to provide exceptional customer service and sales support to NetIQ customers and sales representatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create customer quotes on behalf of the sales representativesManage the administration of consistent revenue generating programsFacilitate and oversee the purchase order process Administer policies and procedures required to execute transactionsAnswer inbound sales related telephone and email inquiries; qualify/route assigned sales leads Use and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other systems’ data and processesEducate, support and assist sales personnel to increase sales Communicate effectively and efficiently between multiple internal departments; be the liaison between the customer and NetIQ with these communicationsManage multiple projects in a dynamic environment Provide consistent attention to detail and accuracy

Previous sales/customer support experienceAbility to work well in a team environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skillsHigh level of motivation, drive and determinationProfessional demeanorDemonstrate potential and desire for sales success and ongoing desire to improveBA from a 4 year college or university or 3-5 years business experience
