More information about Thomson Reuters and its financial performance can be found on www.ThomsonReuters.com. The Healthcare business of Thomson Reuters provides insights -- information, benchmarks and analysis -- that enable organizations to manage costs, improve performance and enhance the quality of healthcare. Develop a clear understanding of the business and technical aspects of Advantage Suite implementations to successfully and efficiently deliver services to meet system installation project requirements and ongoing support, including database update processing.  Develop detailed system installation plan and identify ownership of all tasks and deliverables prior to project kick-off. Recruit technical resources as needed. Oversee installation of system - all hardware, software, and communications. Document system configurations and unique operating procedures. Develop and deliver customer-specific technical training and related documentation. Coordinate post installation support with Product Support. Improve processes and give feedback and assistance to improve the product. Perform software upgrades and database updates. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience. Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills that enable the individual to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; includes managing tasks within the established budget. Customer facing experience. Operational experience. Detail-oriented. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral.  Experience analyzing and solving complex technical problems. Capable of identifying issues and driving them to resolution Computer hardware, communications, and software competency, including UNIX and Windows platforms, DBMS applications such as Oracle, Teradata, and DB2, Microsoft Office products, SQL, and scripting languages such as Perl.
