Insurance I.T Project Manager Property and Casualty

Project manager is responsible for all aspects of the project over the entire project life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close), including but not limited to one or more of the following specific functions:
Define project scope and objectives
Develop and monitor schedule to assure timely completion of the project
Build project cost estimates
Specify the role and function of each team member
Identify and assemble the project team
Assign and monitor individual responsibilities
Interface with all areas affected by the project including end users, distributors, vendors, etc.
Ensure adherence to quality standards

Review project deliverables
Monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance
Determine and coordinate resource sharing
Provide status reports
