Picis is now looking for an experienced Interface Specialist focused on Interoperability to manage the key areas that are part of the projects related to Delivery, Support, and Deployment of Interfaces as part of the Service Operations Team. Role: The Interface Specialist is part of the Implementation Service Operations Team and responsible for supporting all the Interfaces across all Picis Caresuite applications. Required Skills

Proven ability to analyze and solve problems in order to deliver results Technical troubleshooting and analytical skills related to the implementation of the software Experience with HL7 interface implementation and clinical information systems Good understanding of the hospital workflows and Picis software use Excellent customer service skills and previous experience on this area Excellent communication skills both written and oral Self-motivation and willingness to take the initiative Ability to handle multiple tasks, the intensity to focus on small details, and the talent to think Required Experience
