International Execution Coordinator

Job Summary:

Responsible for coordinating project work with international execution team; providing oversight on all technical aspects of work being performed by remote office execution team; and providing quality checks to ensure quality of deliverables received. Responsibilities also include developing required documentation specific for the successful execution of work being done by the remote offices, tracking of work to ensure completion on the specified date, and provide assistance for testing and remediation during project testing.  As such, control engineering, electrical design, and software programming knowledge is required based on specific role.

Essential Functions:

· Gather information and direction from technical lead and project team in order to create work instructions for remote office execution team.

· Maintain continuous and open dialog with remote office team to provide direction, answer questions, and provide clarifications.

· Monitor and evaluate progress on a DAILY basis to ensure successful execution and completion by specified dates.

·  Perform initial quality check of all deliverables from remote office execution teams.

· Assist in all project testing and provide remediation where required.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Demonstrated ability to read/understand engineering documentation, including P&IDs, Functional System Descriptions (FSDs), Loop Diagrams, Electrical Schematics, Installation Qualification / Operational Qualification / (IQ/OQ) manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and general technical analyses.

· Apply programming/configuration of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems

· Apply programming/configuration of Human Machine Interface (HMI) packages

· Apply programming/configuration of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) packages

· Follow Advanced Automation values, practices, standards, policies, and procedures.

· Work flexible hours as needed to meet needs.

· Problem solve as needed.

· Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects/issues at once.

· Strong problem solving skills.

· Speak, read, and write fluently in English.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (i.e. Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

· Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.

· Pharmaceutical and/or Food & Beverage process knowledge a plus.

Physical Requirements (if applicable):

· Ability to travel 50% - Passport required.

· Physically able to be mobile and work safely in an industrial environment.

· Be conscious of safety rules and practices to protect against injury to self, others, machinery, and product.

· Utilize safety equipment that can be utilized outside the workplace.

Required Credentials:

· Bachelor degree in related field of work.

· Three to Five years of experience in engineering work.

· Experience on multiple hardware and software platforms.
