ResponsibilitiesSupport existing channel through visits, training and new product introductions.Identify gaps in our international coverage and establish channels of representation in those territories.Formulate sales objectives, policies and procedures for international representatives.Develop global and territory-specific sales and marketing strategies to build brand awareness and increase sales.Communicate and distribute sales and marketing material to all markets.Create effective reporting mechanisms for individual territory sales activity, competitive landscape and product development requests.Organize and execute annual international partner conferences.

RequirementsBS in Engineering, Computer or Technical field 3+ years of direct Account Management experience2+ years of Sales Management experience Strong computer skills Advanced business and management skillsMBA or Graduate degree a plusStrong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills International experience desiredWillingness to travel internationally (about 25%) About Relex
