Internet Media Company Needs Principal Asp.net Engineer!!!

We are currently a growing startup company in the cutting edge and exciting Internet Media Industry.  Located in Greater Boston, we're local and excellent for all senior developers in or around the city.  Qualified candidates must have 6-7 years of heavy OOP, web based Asp.net development experience.  Versions 2.0, 3.0, and 3.5 along with Visual 2008 which we'll be using by June of this year are all a must.  Strong SQL Sever, Webforms, and XML/XSLT are also required for the role.  The position will report to the Director of Development in a team of 3 others - all well educated, elite, and technically savvy software engineers.  High Character, great communication, and a passion for problem solving will also be necessary for this open position.  This role is important in growing are fast paced development environment and will help move our company towards 2009, 2010, and beyond - successfully.  It's that important of a role, so only the best need apply.  A degree is preferred in Computer Science, Math, or some related engineering field.  Said Position with pay from 115-125K with excellent benefits and perks.
