J2EE Architects/mid and senior level developers

SolTech is searching for a highly talented hands-on J2EE Architect/Developer to work on building a web 2.0 framework. The Software Architect/Developer responsibilities include design and development for an SOA environment, leveraging industry standard technologies including J2EE (without EJBs), Spring and Hibernate. This individual will be a key member of a critically important Architecture Center of Excellence, developing technical standards, defining, building and optimizing controls. He/she will help shape the application / architecture that will become the engine driving the company's explosive growth and success.
Required Skills:
• At least 10 years experience building software solutions (at least 5 years in Java) and ability to write java on the fly
• Enterprise large-scale application concepts (including multi-language, localization, security/permissions, licensing, customization, error handling, etc.)
• Well-versed in key architectural concepts including: abstraction, encapsulation, separation of concerns, inversion of control, postponing decisions, reducing complexity, system decomposition, open-closed principle
• Familiar with Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) architectural concepts and patterns
• Direct design and implementation experience with n-tier distributed systems, preferably enterprise level systems
• Spring or other IOC technologies (Inversion of Control, like EJB's)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and goal oriented
• Experience creating development frameworks for use by other application development teams
