JAVA Developer

Global Data Consultants is actively seeking several JAVA Developers in support of one of their clients.  DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES This position functions as a senior team member; directing a team, delegating assignments, providing technical guidance and applying project management expertise. This individual will be responsible for the definition, development, implementation of new systems and major enhancements to existing systems, as well as production support for systems with high complexity. Will provide project leadership for major feasibility or business systems analysis studies. The incumbent must be able to work effectively with all levels of management and staff, and with customers in defining requirements. SKILL REQUIREMENTS  6+ years experience in application development. 4+ years experience with Java, J2EE and Struts. 3+ years experience with JavaScript and SQL. 1-2 years experience with WSAD. Experience with Websphere and Weblogic strongly preferred.
