Open Until Filled DESCRIPTION:Responsibilities include implementation of a Contracts and Grants administration system called Coeus and supporting web applications. Technologies used in this system include XML, XSLT, PL/SQL, J2EE, Java-Swing, Oracle, and Web Services. QUALIFICATIONS: * Proven experience with XML, XSLT, XPath.* Proven experience with SQL, Oracle, data migration.* Experience with JSP,Java, J2EE, OO, Javascript, Server-side frameworks a plus.* Experience with Unix, and scripting languages a plus.* Knowledge of Web Services, WSDL.* Experience collaborating with several programmers on large software systems.* Proficient skills in written and verbal communication.
