The Senior Developer is a key member of our development team and is primarily responsible for customizing and deploying JBoss software applications based on requirements and direction from the clients and project leaders. This Senior Developer must be capable of interacting with client's technical staff as well as other team members to build software and resolve technical issues. Senior Developers will also be asked to mentor and train Junior Developers as well as the client's technical staff during the course of the project.

 Minimum 5 years in Java/J2EE development and a fluent working knowledge of Java, EJB, JMS, JSP, XML, Web Services and JBoss Application Server.Development experience using Hibernate, RichFaces or SEAM.Having hands-on experience with Enterprise Portal Platform is a big plus.Strong capacity planning and performance tuning skills is a plus. Full life-cycle application development experience utilizing tools like Rational Unified Process (RUP), Unified Modeling Language (UML), IDE Eclipse tools and source code control (CVS).
