We are currently seeking a JD Edwards Application Developer to join our IT department located at our Brackenridge, PA, facility.  This facility is located approximately 20 miles north of Pittsburgh.

The candidate will be responsible for JD Edwards (JDE) Financial Applications support, maintenance, development, and technical design/implementation in the GL, AR, AP, and FA modules of Enterprise One version 810.  The primary focus will be technical development and maintenance of reports and applications.



Requirements:

Working functional and technical knowledge of the financial applications, GL, AR, AP & FA

Expertise with the JDE report writer and direct report code editing

Ability to build and maintain business functions

Ability to develop new applications within JDE

Maintain/enhance existing customized interfaces developed in JDE using C

Thorough technical understanding of the data structures involved in the processing of transactions and the update of balances

Strong working knowledge of Excel

Ability to routinely interact with users for gathering requirements and performing acceptance testing

Thorough knowledge of SQL Server 2000 and 2005

Ability to develop complex SQL Server stored procedures

Knowledge of using MS Access for data analysis

CNC knowledge for package builds, deploys and ESU updates

 

Experience with OWM, Event Rules, UBE, JDE Security, Financial Business Functions, C-programming, Tools 8.93 and table conversions is preferred.

 

Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Proclarity and Reporting services is a plus as is knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Biztalk.
