Java/J2EE BPM Developer

Requirements: 

Citadel Investment Group is seeking a senior level Java/J2EE Architect with preferably 10 years of experience in hands on object oriented software Architecture/development experience. This person should display experience in Architecture/Design experience with respect to Java/J2EE.  A strong understanding of J2EE application server and ability to comfortably develop and deploy UNIX applications is required.  

 

Technical Skill Summary:

Very Senior Java/J2EE Architect/Design skills.

Strong J2EE application server knowledge.

10 plus years of experience with Object oriented technologies  required.

Any experience with TIBCO RV, IBM MQ and TCP/IP experience preferred.

Experience working with relational database, MS-SQL, Sybase and/or Oracle.

XML experience is also preferred.

 

Pluses (Nice to Have):

Any background in C++ Design/development experience

Any migration experience from C++ to Java

Financial Experience

Familiar with capital markets with a focus in investor relations, clearing and settlement of equities, fixed income, cleared derivatives, or treasury vehicles preferred

Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) suites such as PegaSystems, Savvion, iProcess, Lombardi (any of which are strong pluses).

 

General Job Responsibilities:

The BPM Developer will participate in selection, installation, and customization of a BPM suite. Additionally the developer will work closely with each of the existing IT service teams to develop adaptors for such services, so they can be integrated into the selected BPM suite.

 

The individual will work closely with each of the business area process owner and process modeling team to deploy processes into an execution environment and subsequent optimization and continues improvement.
