To Apply:Email your resume to: akotula@eKemper.com Experience Required: * Six to seven years of experience in IT system development.* At least three years experience developing Java / J2EE applications.*Proven experience in developing enterprise level projects involving cross departmental teams. * Experience with or exposure to most of the following technologies: Eclipse, Struts, JSP, JavaScript, JDBC, CSS, HTML, AJAX, JSF, EJB, Messaging, Web Services, XML, and SQL.* Experience working in a high-paced environment, managing multiple project assignments.* Preferred but not required: Rational Application Developer, WS-*, CA Harvest, ANT, Drupal, PHP, IBM DB2 UDB, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle 10g, Sonic MQ, and JiBX.*Positive and effective verbal and written communication skills to business customers, technical staff, and management. *Ability to clearly communicate ideas and information in one-on-one settings and in meetings.**Insurance or financial services experience a plus. Education: Education or work experience equivalent to a two year degree in an Information Technology related discipline.
