Jr. Data Analyst

Exmplar seeks a Jr. Data Analyst, in its Fairfax, VA office.

 

Duties include Perform List Import duties.Participate in redesign of Exmplar’s legacy List Import data processing; propose and develop solutions for increased automation and improved efficiency.Manage data feeds from our clients to populate our hosted database Manage data exports from our system back to our clients’ CRM systems Ongoing application and database design/development work to further expand and improve our data import and export services Build procedures to automate the various data upload processes. Interact with campaign teams to meet client needs Assist in troubleshooting and resolution of data processing issues

·  DTS and SQL Server Integration Services development

·  Troubleshooting/investigating data & process issues

 

Requirements includeAn appropriate technical BS degree, or equivalent experience, is required. 2 years of MS SQLServer experience Understanding of ETL data processing using DTS, SSIS, or other tools.Familiarity with multiple data file types including XML, CSV, XLS, etc.. Knowledge of how to write and troubleshoot database stored procedures. Knowledge of programming languages used in SQL Server DTS and Integration Services environments. Ability to work under time constraints Must have authority to work in the U.S. Good organization and communication skills with both technical and non-technical people Experience in working with large (multi-million rows) databases is desirable.

·  Familiarity with the QlikView reporting tool is desirable.
