Job description and qualifications are listed below. ObjectiveDesign, implement, and maintain both external and internal PC-based software applications. Introduceadvanced design methodologies and new technologies and apply them to product packages. Providetechnical leadership and mentor associate and intermediate level software engineers.Job Description• Assist in the evaluation, selection, adaptation and establishment of software engineering techniques, methods, algorithms,procedures and criteria to creatively and practically resolve complex problems.• Take an active role in the development, maintenance and leadership of both external and internal PC-based software applications.• Work directly with Software Engineering leaders and team to accomplish goals of the group.• Provide input on improving the software development processes.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science preferred.Minimum three years related work experience. • Extensive workplace experience designing and developing PC-based software applications.• Advanced skills developing commercial software products by using Visual C/C++, MFC, COM, Win32 API. Experience with .NET, C# technologies is desired. Must have experience with C++ or VC++, the company is heading in the direction of C# but feels good C++ coders can adapt to C# easily if they have some basic knowledge of C#.• Knowledge of software design methodologies and design patterns.• Knowledge of the concepts regarding multithreading, modularization, and memorymanagement.• Some knowledge of relational database design and programming.• Ability to independently perform assignments while receiving only general instructions• Ability to work well as part of a team.• Advanced organizational and multitasking skills• Advanced software development skills under windows platform.• Basic knowledge of using signal generator, spectrum analyzer and protocol analyzer is a plus• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in the English languageIf you are interested in this position please apply to this posting.Thank you.
