Jr. Product/Project Manager

ZOLL Data Systems is a software development firm that specializes in the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) community. Our RescueNet Suite of software is an enterprise application that is used in ambulance companies and fire departments across the nation.

We are looking to add a Junior Product Manager to our team to work with our ePCR (Electronic Patient Care Records) application. In this position, you would work under the guidance of a Senior Product Manager to manage the "Extracts" component of this application. These Extracts are State mandated EDI data extractions that our clients are required to produce in each State that they do business in. Responsibilties in this role would include working closely with State agencies to estabish individual specifications, researching future looking regulations and legislation that would impact EDI reporting in the EMS industry, establishing project plans and project deadlines for varying priorities, working with R&D to ensure the timely release of all required extracts and extract modifications, working with Quality Assurance to ensure the quality of the released extracts, and working with beta sites on a State by State basis to confirm final implementation. Additional responsibillities would include developing a GUI based tool to assist our customers in performing this EDI compliance reporting as easily and as seamlessly as possible.

Pre-requisite qualifications for this position include a strong understanding of relational databases and database mapping, excellent "small project" project management skills, an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, excellent customer facing skills, and a desire to develop a career in Business Analysis and Product Management.
