Driven by strong growth, in part originating from their New York offices, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Software Developer to work with and lead a team that continues to develop innovative project solutions for internationally acclaimed clients.

Responsibilities

Your working responsibilities, at the forefront of this industry, will include, but not be limited to:

· Developing and maintaining tools, modules and products in the Development area. This covers all phases of product development, including: analysis, design, development and unit testing.

· Ensuring that assigned deliverables are produced on schedule to the appropriate level of quality.

· Mentoring of team members.

· Providing feedback and reviews on development processes

· Working closely with team members, QA and Support to resolve issues that are found

· Participating in developing overall software architecture and design

 





 

Requirements:

To be considered for this role we are seeking to hear from applicants who possess:

· ASP

· Microsoft SQL 2005

· SQL 2005 AB Admin, XML VBScript, HTML, WML

· JavaScript, Linux

· MYSQL, PHP, & Apache

· Unix & Linux administration experience.

· Postfix / send mail / bind / apache experience.

· Shell / perl / python scripting abilities.

· Network Appliance storage experience.

· MySQL databases experience.

· Network and server problem analysis.

· Server/storage hardware knowledge.



Desirable

In addition, as a rising star in the industry, you should also have:

· Self starter to develop role and able to work within a highly autonomous environment

· Excellent written/verbal communication and documentation skills.

· A strong passion for ICT technologies.

· A desire to develop internationally acclaimed solutions.

· Commercial acumen.

· The ability to focus, motivate and drive a team of Developers.

· Mobile/ E-commerce or related industry experience preferred.

· Experience within a rapidly growing company.

· Sound financial knowledge of the flows surrounding Premium SMS

· Previous experience in controlling a detailed and fluid billing environment

· High attention to detail required.

· Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects.

· Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

· Ability to communicate effectively and to interact professionally with all levels of internally and externally to the organization.

· Flexibility in adapting to changing needs.

· Good understanding of business processes

· Team player
