Our engineers are involved in Language Front Ends, Code Generators, Real Time Operating Systems, our MULTI Development Environment, our Secure Workstation, our Time Machine Debugger and Target Systems.




The Engineering Junior Manager will initially manage a teal of 2-5 highly talented software engineers and be responsible for the development, maintenance, and release of key components of the Green Hills product line.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

 

3-8 years experience in software development
2-5 years experience in engineering management
Must possess a BS/MS (CS, ECE, Math)
Must have track record for successfully leading highly talented engineering teams
Prefer expertise in the area of software development tools (compilers, debuggers, development environment) and/or embedded operating systems (RTOS, networking protocols)
Must be willing and able to work independently and with little supervision
