Responsibilities:

Expertly qualify inbound inquiries as well as outbound contacts Provide support for marketing events and programs including Trade shows, Webinars and appropriate lead follow-up Build Sales Proposals and ROI models for prospective companies RFX discovery and early coordination with the Senior Account Executives Execute on selling opportunities that emerge from Marketing campaigns Conduct Account Profiling, Research and deeply penetrating target accounts Consistently logging lead, contact and competitive data in SalesForce.com Present companies value proposition, corporate presentation and product demonstration to prospects Consistently meeting ambitious, result-oriented performance metrics


What are the requirements?

High energy and ability to work in a team selling environment Candidate must have strong interpersonal and telephone skills be able to multi-task, and have good computer skills 3+ years experience as a sales or sales development representative Candidate must be results driven with proven ability to sell and project a positive professional attitude Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English with external and internal clients through all mediums Ideal candidate must have a university degree/college diploma Experience with value-based selling methodologies is a definite plus Experience in the content management, search or recommendations technology a plus Experience selling enterprise products/services, or especially SaaS Successful high-quality/high-volume cold calling experience is a must! Proven, documented sales success into new accounts Articulate – exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for corresponding credibly with executive level prospects Well developed platform & presentation skills, in person and via the Web Organized – knows how to work independently, set goals and achieve them, self-motivate, and collaborate productively with colleagues at all levels Creative and resourceful – especially in developing high-impact messaging that resonates with prospects, captures a value prop, and embodies Taleo’s values Ability to rapidly perform effective research on the Internet and develop detailed technical briefs on key target accounts Professional business acumen, good presence, confidence, and interactive personality for face to face meetings at tradeshows and other industry events
