Job description:

 

Likewise Software has an immediate opening for a Lead Generation Manager who will generate qualified leads through online and offline direct marketing initiatives. This person will develop and test innovative lead generation programs from concept to back-end analysis to provide a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

 

 

Responsibilities:

· Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, in this hands on role you

will drive lead generation strategy and programs.

· Develop and manage demand generation programs.

· Manage web properties and facilities for key content delivery, sales

support and messaging including sales tools.

· Lead company's internet marketing efforts, including search engine

marketing and the development and maintenance of the company's website.

· Demonstrated understanding of email marketing best practices

· Design the strategy and manage the execution of high-impact

go-to-market campaigns to include a mix of demand generation elements such as seminars, direct mail, e-marketing, Webinars, trade shows, user

groups and conferences

· Manage and negotiate with external marketing vendors/agencies as

needed

· Develop closed-loop processes to measure ROI for all campaigns

and produce weekly, monthly & quarterly reports of lead generation

activity

· Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Excel and MS Office software applications

· Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and operate in

start-up environment

 

 

 

Qualifications:

· 5-9+ years of relevant marketing experience.

· Proven ability to achieve goals in the fast-paced, high growth and

high pressure environment.

· Proven experience managing marketing programs budget and ROI.

· Strong communication and copywriting skills

 

Education:

· BA/BS required
