We have an immediate opening for a full-time Lead Generation / Sales Development Specialist.

 

Working in Westborough, MA, this is a great opportunity for a high-energy, organized individual, to assist our growing sales organization and support our sales activities. The successful person must be a highly motivated professional team player that is willing to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment to help us grow exponentially.

 

ResponsibilitiesConsistently qualify a high volume of inbound leads Develop a significant pipeline of opportunities for the sales team to work  Accurately report all lead generation follow-up in NetSuite Work closely with the respective Regional Sales Directors within the assigned territories to ensure outstanding results



RequirementsSelling experience via telephone, selling a complex product to various business tiers within a prospect’s organization, including but not limited to top management, middle management, and technical personInside Sales experience in software sales or business solutions in a software environmentStrong oral and written communication skillsExperience with large ticket account penetration, ferreting to identify key contacts, relationship building, decision maker direct access, “pain” detection, and value proposition sellingAbility to handle multiple tasks and switch priorities effectively Must be able to work with multiple customers, business partners and prospects simultaneously Experience with high volume inbound lead qualification  Must be goal oriented with a track record of having exceeded sales targets  Experience with Sales Force Automation and Customer Relationship Management systems a plus BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. We will train the right candidate. College graduates with at least 1 year of telesales experience in software sales are encouraged to apply.
