This Systems Analyst position will be primarily focused on metrics processes, analytics and delivery. - Work with Process Development team and cross-functional IT disciplines to design and develop process metrics. - Facilitate discussions among stakeholders when defining metrics and processes. - Design and develop a measurement system for process metrics. - Develop and maintain periodic report-outs highlighting performance to leadership. - Maintain and optimize current dashboard reporting. - Analyze performance trends to identify training opportunities and process improvements. - Data and statistical analysis - Data analysis tools - Highly proficient with MS Excel to include: coding/macro definitions, pivot tables, graphing, data analysis tools, ODBC connections. - Report development experience. - Business process understanding and mapping. - Experience creating and managing databases with Oracle, and SWL-based DBMS. - A detailed understanding of IT systems, processes, and terminology a must. - Extensive experience in operational, process metrics design and dashboard development. - Leadership and coaching capabilities - Presentation and facilitation skills - Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
