Lead .NET Software Programmer

Job Purpose:

Develop high quality custom business web applications.  Experienced gathering general/detailed requirements, designing, developing, and implementing database driven Web/business applications

 

Duties:

* Designs & develops custom Web .NET applications; lead projects; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; 

 

* Confirms customer objectives by analyzing user/customer requirements; designing, streamlining, and documenting new features and functionality

 

* Designs and Develops user interfaces, business objects, and data models for n-tier business solutions; creates and monitors release schedules; follows internal project development methodology/standards.


 * Confirms functionality requirements by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and debugging code; experienced resolving complex technical problems.

* Design SQL Server databases and stored procedures; is knowledgeable about connectivity with network systems, search engines, and internet servers.

 

* Completes custom application development projects on time and on budget by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.

 

* Supports customers by responding to support and maintenance requests.


* Updates job knowledge by researching new technologies; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.


* Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.



Skills/Qualifications:

Experienced and has exceptional skill in Object-Oriented Design using .NET, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Visual Studio.NET, Understand Internet Technologies,  Be able to follow Professional Software Development Standards, Web/CS User Interface Design, Talented in Full Life cycle Development Process, Web Programming Skills, Professional Verbal/Written Communication Skills, JavaScript, SQL Server DB Design and Stored Procedures Knowledge
