Lead Financials Developer/Analyst

To provide analysis, design, selection or development, and ongoing maintenance and administration of ERP solutions. Focus mostly on Corporate/ERP systems with some support of café Systems as needed.

Accountabilities:

Perform maintenance and enhancements to our Oracle Financials system.
• Support our Accounting & Finance Departments with any Oracle Financials issues, interfacing or reporting needs.
• Perform maintenance and enhancements to our HR information systems.
• Support our HR and Benefits Departments with any issues, interfacing, or reporting needs.

• Facilitate requirements gathering and analysis of customer software solution needs, then design and recommend solutions.
• Proactively seek to offer software and reporting solutions that offer improvements in efficiency and empower our decision-makers with actionable information.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with teammates regarding design ideas, issues and status.
• Develop custom software solutions as needed. Custom components may include: reports, database stored procedures using API’s, user interfaces designed to lookup and administer data, system-to-system interfaces and batch jobs (or shell scripts).
• Design, create and tune custom databases, tables and queries.

Help with café systems as needed

Flexible work schedule to cover issues WHENEVER they may ariseAtleast 3 years experience in Oracle 11i environment. Must be aware of implementation cycle and production support of the productStrong knowledge of Oracle Financials, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Oracle Developer(Forms and Reports)Working knowledge of: Oracle Application Server (Report Server), PERL, UNIX

Desired skills:

Working knowledge of Ceridian – Oracle Hr Bridge

Working knowledge of J2EE a plus.

Working knowledge of HTML, other web tools

Restaurant/Retail IS systems experience preferred.
Project management experience preferred.

Education or Equivalent Experience:
Four years college degree in computer science or equivalent
