Lead Programmer AnalystThe Lead Programmer Analyst’s primary role and responsibility is to provide project and technical leadership to the PC Systems Development team by planning and managing all PC Systems Development related tasks for the organization.Knowledge· Must be proficient in the Microsoft environment:  Visual Studio.NET, VB.NET, ASP/ASP.NET, .NET Framework 1.1/2.0, SQL Server 2000/2005, T-SQL, IIS, Visual Source Safe, SharePoint, and Content Management System.Experience· 5+ years of programming experience using Microsoft Technologies. · 2+ years leading and mentoring junior programmers.· 2+ years experience working with end users and management communicating technical ideas in non-technical language.· Experience designing ETL processes, DTS and SSIS experience is a plus.
