Walgreens promotes and supports a drug-free and smoke-free workplace.Essential Skills:-Act as team liaison with user community.-Log application issues and enhancements and assist with prioritization. -Facilitate user group sessions / communications to gather business requirements pertaining to issues and enhancements. -Delegate issues and enhancements to team members and track status. -Assist team members with the creation and review of functional designs for issues and enhancements.-Participate in product testing and coordination of user acceptance testing activities.-Support the user community by providing one-on-one assistance, conducting user on-boarding / training, answering questions.-Create status report and present status to management and primary user group.Qualifications:-Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field is required. -Must have working experience leading projects and interacting with the business / user community. -Must have working experience developing project work plans...and monitoring and controlling project activities against plans. -Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). -Must have very strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple activities and projects. -Must have working experience with all aspects of the systems development life cycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, documentation, and support. -Must have 5+ years of working experience with (1) AS/400, SYNON or (2) SQL, Java, Oracle, web technologies, object-oriented development..
