Lead Programmer - Online Games Division

Brighter Minds Media an interactive media publisher based in Central Ohio is expanding and is in search of an experienced Web Programmer.

Qualifications
· 2+ years on-line development in either PHP, Python or RoR.
· Proven contributions to content, processes, procedures and/or technologies which directly met business goals in a consumer-oriented environment.
· Demonstrated success with full cycle marketing project management, multi-tasking and able to determine priorities on a real-time basis.
· Experience with technical content management, site analytics and Web site/Internet technologies.
· Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browser compatibilities and limitations, content and process management, and site implementation, primarily in a consumer marketplace oriented environment. Experience with content management systems a plus.
· Good verbal and written communication and the ability to work well in a team.
· Team-oriented, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast paced dynamic environment.
· Knowledge the processes required to optimize web sites for search engines.
· Focus on user experience design.
· Demonstrate proficiency in all of the following: PHP (or equivalent) HTML, CSS, JavaScript, mySQL

· Knowledge of the following a definite plus: Python, RoR, XML, AJAX, Flash (esp. Actionscript).
