Lead Software Engineer - Architecture

As a key member, you will help to deliver strategic platform and infrastructure related technology solutions that address the complex needs of the application. The responsibilities include but not limited to:-  Develop/maintain/adopt/evangelize software frameworks and standards.-  Help automate aspects of our existing framework/application.-  Provide critical technology inputs on an as needed basis and continuously.-  Develop and implement strategies to configure, optimize & support databases in a mixed workload environment. -  Develop strategies for physical design/creation of Data Warehouses, and Data Marts that perform well and meet the client expectations. -  Work with the application team to design a highly configurable system tuned to the needs of our clients. We are looking for a leader in the definition, design and implementation of platform, infrastructure, and tools, which serves as a key foundation for application and system development/deployment.Requirements Skills:-  BS in CS, or related engineering degree, and 8+ years of professional related experience, or MS in CS and  6+ years related professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.-  Demonstrated mastery of .NET infrastructure components: WCF, WPF, IIS, SQL Server, or JBoss seam/Ruby on Rails/Oracle.-  Mastery of high level language programming skills (C#, VB, COM, C++).-  Mastery of declarative programming environments.-  Demonstrated mastery of full product life cycle;  must have played a technical leadership role through multiple releases of a product.-  Must have developed or contributed to the selection and adoption of frameworks that enable pluggable components and automation (Example – large scale adoption of RUBY on Rails, JBOSS Seam).-  Demonstrable hands-on working experience in building highly configurable enterprise applications. Ready to join us?If you are interested in this or other interesting opportunities at RMS, please build your online profile with us at http://www.rms.com.com and follow the career link.  If you experience technical difficulties, you can also send your resume to lisa.greenawalt@rms.com   Company: Risk Management Solutions, Inc.
