Lead Software Release SCM Engineer

 

Required Skills:

 

5+ year’s general SCM experience with at least 3 years administrative experience with source control repositories and supporting tools in a Windows environment.

1+ year’s with scripting technologies - NAnt, and Perl preferred.

Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, SCM practices along with Software Build and Release Management methodologies.

Mature hands-on experience with enterprise level systems.

Strong ability to successfully manage concurrent deliverables on time and with quality within fast-paced environment and under deadlines.

Substantial experience to support parallel development environments in support of multi project development and interdependencies

Experience in tuning and managing SCM suite of products to operate optimally and efficiently with minimal downtime.

High degree of professionalism to address and resolve end-user issues. Experience in providing follow-up to customer base in timely and quality manner. Excellent oral and written communications are required.

Experience with creation and maintaining automated build tools.

 

Desired Skills:

 

Experience with AccuRev administration and scripting

Working knowledge of NAnt, NUnit, and CC.NET

Working knowledge Web technologies and within multi-tier architecture environments.

Enterprise environment management - host and VM

Experience mobilizing and orchestrating junior SCM resources towards defined goals
