MIO Onboarding Lead

Job Description: Microsoft Individual and Organization (MIO) is MSIT’s initiative to build and then integrate (aka onboard) all major internal IT systems onto a single customer master. MIO is the most complex MDM initiative in the world (per Gartner Group), and it is being lead right out of MSIT! Come be a part of the team the world is watching, including the new MDM practice inside the product group! As MIO Onboarding Lead, you will be responsible for managing the plans as well as being a part of the actual delivery of all aspects of Onboarding IT applications to MIO, including project management, analysis, development, testing & training resources. In addition to engineering, you will be responsible for partnering with “Future Onboarding” IT Engineering teams and Solution Delivery teams to secure budget, assign resources, and report status laterally as well as up to the CIO level.Successful candidates will have demonstrated the ability to manage highly complex projects, including managing engineering interdependencies, developing and enhancing Onboarding SDK documentation, ensuring proper team staffing across all relevant teams, and managing communications with the core MIO engineering team. As MIO is mostly a data integration project, successful candidates will demonstrate strong acumen for data models, data architecture, and systems integration (SDKs). Additionally, successful candidates will have demonstrated a strong aptitude with partnering with other teams to engineer solutions in prescribed modes. Job Requirements:Effective time management in complex situations·  Ability to perform, manage, and communicate at both a high level (execs) and low level (engineering) Ability to ability to work with multiple engineering teams simultaneously·  Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills·  7+ years delivering and managing medium to large scale engineering  projects·  Ability to effectively deal with ambiguous situations·  Have excellent decision making skills·  Have a strong working knowledge of the MSIT SDLC Have the ability to effectively communicate using multiple medias to present ideas.·  Successful Completion of Background and Credit check is required for this opportunity.
