MOSS 2007 Development / Architect Team players interested in leadership and mentoring roles are encouraged to apply. We welcome consultants seeking Salaried or Hourly employment, or an Independent contractor relationship with Ambassador Solutions.



Desired Experience:   BS Degree plus 8-10 years of full life-cycle project development experience; including 4-5 years of consulting experience 4-5 years of experience with Microsoft web development technologies, including .NET 3+ years of requirements gathering and solution definition related to information management / information taxonomies for business and technology audiences 3+ years portal architecture, enterprise content management, and business intelligence experience. 2+ years Microsoft SharePoint experience, including WSS 3.0 and MOSS, web parts development, and workflow (business process design and automation). 2+ years of experience architecting, designing and developing distributed systems including demonstrated experience with .Net Framework, SQL, C#, ASP.NET, Windows Forms, web services and XML Experience with BizTalk Server, Commerce Server, and Microsoft SQL Server Experience developing object-oriented applications Experience with implementation of complex logical database designs and relational database concepts

Additionally Desired Background: Experience with scope and proposal development In-depth understanding of Active Directory, single sign-on solutions, document management, and search technologies (both SharePoint native search and third-party solutions) Familiarity with Exchange integration Relevant technical certification(s) (MCSE, MCSD, and MCDBA Server preferred)



Responsibilities will include: Leading and mentoring 3-5 developer/analysts to successful completion of a software project. Managing expectations of client sponsors.  This includes managing expectations, formally and informally communicating important details, and ultimately gaining the trust and respect of the project sponsor. Understanding of industry leading methodologies and frameworks.  These include MSF and Agile Keeping up with emerging technologies and advanced technical topics (such as patterns and practices).  Managing time and quality of software projects.  Should have personal best practices for achieving repeat success.



Competitive market salary commensurate with experience, up to $100K.
