Job Description:

The MicroStrategy Technology Services team provides technical support for all MicroStrategy customers and partners worldwide. As a member of the Customer Support Group, the Maintenance Renewal Analyst will be responsible for generating and forecasting all revenues associated with these technical support services for commercial and federal customers and partners within North America

Job Duties (include but not limited to):



· Work to constantly meet or exceed the quarterly revenue and renewal rate goals established for each business region within the Americas.

· Work with customers, field sales representatives and other internal departments to build relationships and expedite resolution of customer maintenance issues.

· Forecast maintenance revenue for each quarter, based on past revenue achievements.

· Maintain accurate customer records in software maintenance renewal (SMR) database detailing maintenance status and renewal information.

· Work with field sales representatives and other services personnel to identify cross-sell opportunities in any product or service line.

· Continuously contribute to the improvement of the maintenance renewal process in order to enhance the efficiency of the revenue generation system.

· Analyze customer contracts in light of policies, to structure the pricing and licensing reflected on all renewals.

 

Requirements:

 

· BS/BA degree required

· Sales, business, or related background

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

· Good customer service over the phone

· Background in a technology or related field preferred
