Managed Service Support Specialist

 

 

Summary:  We are looking for several individuals to join our Managed Services team to support customer’s using Veramark’s VeraSMART application suite in a Software-as-a-Service environment. In this role, you will be responsible for serving as the primary customer contact for issues including telecom expense management best practices, use of reporting and analytics tools to identify potential telecom savings, technical support related to the application suite and the customer’s telecom environment, etc.  You must be someone who is passionate about uncompromising customer service and thrives in a busy, multi-tasking environment.

 

Job Description:Implementation and configuration of Veramark’s VeraSMART application suite to meet customer’s application usage and reporting needs.Supporting and maintaining the concepts of the software environment. Understanding and configuring customer’s business rules as it relates to their work flow. Interacting with customers for problem solving, implementation and support.Completing the objectives outlined in the project plans. Modeling and migrating customer data into VeraSMART applicationsSetting up, configuring and testing switch rating processes Configuring and processing customer’s carrier invoices Training customers on Veramark Telemanagement ApplicationsProcedure and process documentationNetwork Support to include but not limited to firewall configuration, VPN configuration, hardware/software setup and support as it pertains to the managed services network infrastructure.

Qualifications:MUST be customer-focused and committed to 100% customer satisfaction!4-year degree or equivalent experienceExperience gathering and documenting requirements Strong problem solving skills Reporting, data mining or analytics experience Experience with telecom concepts, particularly carrier invoices and expense managementExperience with MS SQL ServerExperience with MS OfficeFamiliarity with Network Architecture.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
