Manager - Enterprise Planning and Reporting

McAfee offers in-depth protection-from the network core, to perimeter defense to complete desktop security.   The company was recently named Best Employer in CMP Media’s Software Development Reader’s Choice Awards along with being chosen the Best Software Company at the CompTIA Breakaway Conference.   DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the administration of the Hyperion Planning & Reporting process, including overall planning coordination; process configuration and integration of actual results with plan. Responsible for the development and maintenance of the enterprise performance plan expressed as key performance indicators (via "playbook").  Matrix responsibility for results reporting via the Monthly Operations Report (MOR), Monthly Financial Review (MFR) and other forums. Finance functional ownership of financial analysis infrastructure/platforms (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BW, etc.) - ensuring data integrity and usability consistent with realizing anticipated value.
