Manager, Professional Services - Implementation Consulting (Yardley, PA) Activant Prophet 21 Manager, Professional Services - Implementation ConsultingManages a team of 8-12 Implementation Consultants.  Direct responsibility for all oversight management of these employees.  Also responsible for managing customer concerns/issues. Person needs project manager, distribution and ERP implementation experience.  Previously supervisorly level experience preferred.  Must be organized with above average communication and attention to detail skills.  Direct management/oversite of 8-12 Implementation Consultants - Writing of employee assessments and annual reviews - Tracking of team and individual member performance - Communication of corporate, division and individual goals to team members - Training new employees - Communicating with customers in reference to concerns - Tracking of customer concerns - Tracking of customer satisfaction - Participation in annual Activant Solutions, Inc.
