Manager Sales Operations

The Sales Operations Manager will manage contracts, negotiations & sales compensation plans for ATG’s wholly owned subsidiary, eStara. Reporting to the VP Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Manager will work to improve the existing eStara forecast & contract process.  The successful candidate will be a strong leader able to identify opportunities for improvement and effectively drive the change process to meet the business goals and objectives of the eStara sales organization.

Responsibilities:Prepare business forecasts for Regional VP’s.Construct “commit” forecasts to be reviewed by Senior VP Sales in conjunction with the VP Sales Operations. Create operational plans that reflect strategic & tactical approaches for both domestic & international environments.Requirements:Expertise in contract review and negotiations. Prior experience working in a sales environment. Financial background and/or experience in subscription type environment. Experience developing and managing sales compensation plans. Experience in an MRR/ASP/Service business (vs. software license) a plus. Familiar with Salesforce.com.
