Manager, Tax Compliance - 8071

ACI Worldwide has an opportunity for a Manager, Tax Compliance to join our team!Somewhere in the world, every second of every day, consumers are doing business electronically.  Some of the world’s largest businesses and financial institutions use ACI software every day to process electronic payments and conduct business in new ways.  ACI serves more than 800 customers in 83 countries including many of the world’s largest financial institutions, retailers, and payment processors.  Last year, ACI software was used to process more than 60 billion transactions and manage an estimated $3 trillion in wholesale payments every day.Essential duties and responsibilities include: •Coordinates and reviews income and non-income tax returns. •Researches tax implications of significant transactions including acquisitions. •Manages and coordinates audits by financial auditors, taxing authorities, and internal audits. •Reviews work papers prepared by tax staff as well as some work paper preparation depending on complexity and available resources. •Supervise professional staff involved in the preparation of income and non-income tax returns. •Other tasks as assignedMinimum Requirements Needed: •BS/BA in Business Administration, CPA Preferred. 4+ years corporate and tax experience •Strong knowledge of tax law and procedures and tax research skills. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. •Strong knowledge of PC spreadsheet and database application software (Excel, Access, etc). •Experience with international taxation preferred. •Experience with Oracle, tax compliance, and tax provision software preferred.
