We are one of the fastest growing Internet based management software provider to the self-storage industry.  They currently provide management software for 2 of the 4 largest self-storage REITs, as well as many other large ownership and management organizations.  Our STORE application currently handles over $1 Billion in transactions annually and is the only application in the industry to undergo and pass a SAS 70 audit of corporate data security control procedures.

 

The Manager of Client Implementations is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and complete implementation of all products and services, for both new stores as well as stores converting from legacy management systems.  Managing the project team and working with client representatives, the Manager of Client Implementations will develop and utilize a detailed methodology that allows customers to autonomously configure and manage their system installations.  This is a position that requires an equal blend of technical expertise and customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of technical Project Managers as they execute client-requested services, both small and large scope.

Develop and continuously hone a series of methodologies that encompass the various types of client implementations.

Manage the legacy data conversion schedule and processes, as well as ensure legacy data conversion accuracy and completeness as per SAS 70 requirements. 

Liaise frequently with other internal groups, especially Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, and Training. 

Occasionally work directly with customers to ensure total understanding of implementation methodology.

 

Experience Requirements

7+ years of enterprise level software implementations (ERP, CRM, etc), at least 5 years in a management role

5+ years working with legacy system data conversions

Solid experience writing SQL queries

Significant experience directly managing teams and individuals

Bachelor Degree in CS, IS or related field

Ability to act professionally in customer-facing roles with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

 

Preferred Skills

PMP or similar certification

10+ years experience in all facets of job description

Highly organized, ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment
